Welcome to Treetops by Allaya ("Treetops", "we", "us"). By using treetops.pk and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About us. Treetops by Allaya is a Pakistan-based business handcrafting wooden children's play equipment.

Orders. All orders are confirmed by phone, WhatsApp or email before dispatch. Made-to-order items enter production after confirmation; production and delivery timelines shared at confirmation are estimates and may vary modestly for handmade goods. We may decline or cancel an order (with full refund of any advance) where we cannot verify the order or serve the delivery area.

Prices and payment. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa. For made-to-order items we may require an advance payment of 20% to begin production. Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of your confirmed order applies.

Product care and safety. Our products are natural wood, made for indoor or fully covered use, and must be used under adult supervision. Items marked as requiring wall anchoring must be anchored as per the included manual. Age ranges and weight limits stated on product pages must be respected. We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from use contrary to the product manual, missing anchoring, outdoor exposure, or unsupervised use.

Natural product. Wood grain, tone and minor variations differ piece to piece. This is a feature of handmade natural products, not a defect.

Intellectual property. All content on this site — text, photographs, designs and the Treetops by Allaya name and logo — belongs to us and may not be used without permission.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of LAHORE.
