Refund policy

Our promise. Every Treetops piece is handcrafted, sanded by hand and checked twice before it ships. If something isn't right, we will make it right.

Damaged or faulty on arrival. Inspect your order on delivery. If any part arrives damaged, broken or faulty, send us a photo on WhatsApp at [NUMBER] or email [EMAIL] within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the affected part — or the full item where needed — free of cost, including delivery.

Standard items (small products). Unused items in their original packaging — such as toys, sorters, easels and baby gyms — may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return delivery cost is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 7 working days via bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa (cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by transfer, as couriers cannot return cash).

Made-to-order items. Large pieces — jungle gyms, Playlofts, wall-mounted gyms and custom orders — are built specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of damage or a manufacturing fault, which we will always repair or replace.

Not covered. Normal wear from play, damage from outdoor exposure or moisture (our pieces are for indoor/covered use only), damage from incorrect assembly or failure to wall-anchor where required, and items modified after delivery.
